Hey guys, and welcome to my first blog post. I am so excited for this post in particular because skincare is something that is close to my heart. For the past few years I have been obsessing about getting a norished and a beautiful looking skin, and I have archived that that very well. It would really be so selfish of me if I keep all the hacks and tips I learned to my self.
Taking care of your skin start with what you put in your body. I know you have heard about this so many times but believe me, what you eat/drink does affect your skin. The most effortless way to boost your skin and keep it looking young and beautiful is by drinking Muringa every morning. I know some of you ladies might be hesitence about this one because you are trying to avaoid unwanted pregnacy, but Muringa is very good for both your health and your skin.
Body steaming. This step is imperative, especially for my ladies with relatively dry skin. The steam helps to clear skin impurities and it also helps to improve blood circulation through your body, leaving your skin with a healthy glow making your skin look and feel greate.
Apply Vaseline and Glycerine on your body before you sleep. A lot of people understimate the power of Vaseline combined with Glycerine on your skin. Glycerine pulls water into the outer layer of your skin from deeper level of your skin. Whereas Vaseline seals the existing moisture into your skin. It protects the skin that has been irritated by performing a barrier on your skin. If you feel like the Glycerine is a bit too much for you, you can only apply Vaseline, however, the Glycerine is just as important as Vaseline.
Avoid the sun. I know that you alredy know this by now, but I just wanna knock it inside your heard. The sun is very bad for your skin , please try to avoid it. I know It might be imposible for some people to avoid the sun, and if thats the case, please apply a sun cream. If you can't afford the sun cream, you should atleast use the Bramley Magnolia lotion from PEP. It only retails for R18,99. The Magnolia lotion is very increadible i can't even put it in words. When you apply it in the morning, and then get exposed to the sun, you skin will get back to normal after taking a bath/shower.
