BBL Home Workouts

Summer is almost here and we are going to be showing off our bodies and sexy butts. In winter, most of us were just sleeping and overeating because it was cold. Now that spring is here, we need to fetch our bodies and be part of the toned gang.

If you want to get that sexy BBL but you do not have money for surgery, or you're are not a gym person, don't despair, I got you. These workouts are easy and don't require any type of equipment.

The Routine
Squats
Squats with kick
Hip bridge
Sidestep squats
Reverse lunge

The move: Squats 
How to:  Stand with your legs shoulder-width apart, with your arms on the side. Sit back into a squat position and squeeze your glutes as you get back up. Repeat 30 time

The move: squats with kicks
How to: Stand with legs shoulder-width apart, arms on the side, sit back into a squats position, keep weight on the heels, get back up and kick back your left leg, then return to the starting point. Do 10 reps on each side.

The move: Hip bridge
How to: lay flat on your back on the floor, bend your knees with your heels a few inches from your butt. Lift your hips, then back to the ground and repeat. Do at least 20 reps

The move: Side squats
How to: Stand tall with feet together, take one step with your right foot, do the squats. As you stand, return the right foot to the starting point. Do the same with your left foot. Do 10 reps on each side.

The move: Reverse lunge
How to:  Start in a standing position with your feet about shoulder-width apart. Step backward with your left leg, bend your left leg with your knees touching the floor. Get back to the starting position and repeat the same thing with the opposite leg
